Hey guys is this it natural to feel like crap every morning when you wake up when you don’t eat healthy? I rely too much on caffeine and drink a lot of sugary drinks like soda, energy drinks etc.. I quit energy drinks yesterday and today I feel really sluggish/groggy even though I had 8 hours of sleep.
What diet would you guys suggest? I’m thinking of going on a low carb/high protein diet
