Meal plan help

Hey guys, im currently shredding, my waight is 70 kg, and my goal is 66 with 10% body fat. my current body fat, according to dexa scan, is 17.6%. I probably should do bulk first, but im a gymnast and gaining weight would make hard time for me as an athlete so i prefer cutting.
i have a great meal plan currently for a meat eater, that got me to some results, at least it looks like that in the mirror, but im thinking of going vegan of health aspect(not ethical). so currently i have a hard time on getting the exact same macros that im on right now, which are:
170 grams protein
140 grams carbs
50 grams fat
total of 1700 calories a day(which is my BMR without exercising also according to the dexa scan, so with exercising im burning around 2000-2100 calories a day, which makes a good deficit IMO)
i have milk, cheese and eggs in the morning so this meal should be completely swaped, yogurt in morning snack, chicken breast in the noon and fish in the evening, so thats a lot of swaping i should do, and would be very nice if you could help me with some tips, advices and foods that i can replace with my current nutrition.
Last thing, i know that there will be some disagreement on the whole veganism idea, and about my macros, but consider that diet is something very individual and i really can see the best results with this macros, so i will be grateful for any help that you could give in this subject.
