Can anyone recommend a good, solid spreadsheet for tracking calories and macros?

Can anyone recommend a good, solid spreadsheet for tracking weight, calories, BMR* and macros?

I've looked around and found a couple that aren't up to scratch. Otherwise i'll just have to make my own. I've seen a few websites for BMRs but I'm looking for a centralised spreadsheet of some sort that's simple and easy to just wack a few figures in each week.
