Gain without the Crash

Hi there,

The hardest part about bulking (other than eating) for me is crashing throughout the day. This causes me to be lethargic and not as productive when I need to be.

I've been on a strict diet of around 4000cal focusing on complex carbohydrates as my fuel source, eg brown rice & kumara, and it's working. However around 1 - 2pm everyday I feel sleepy and unmotivated while at work. Although crushing it at the gym every evening.

Does anyone have any advice on how to counteract this drop in energy?
