Hi everyone,
I started workout a month ago and trying to learn as much as possible about my body, perfect workout plan etc.
Calculated my BMR as 1590, TTDE as 2605. As I workout 5 days/week and my main goal is to gain lean muscle. I'd liked to take 50% protein, 25% fat, 25% carb.
Protein = (TTDE × 50%)/4
= 325g
From my understanding, the recommended protein intake daily to gain muscle is 2g/kg, I weigh 66kg which worked out to be 132g which is so much lower than the TTDE.
Can anyone give advice please?
Many thanks.
