Hey - I'm new here. I figured these forums were the best place to ask a question like this.
About a month ago, just before quarantine started, I finished doing Keto for a month. And keto was pretty good! I lost about 15 pounds in those 30 days, with a low to moderate amount of exercise. But, keto is a bit too exclusionary for me. I don't think I can live my life as a guy who doesn't eat carbs or sugar at all.
So I'm wondering if anyone here can help me figure out a diet that incorporates a cheat meal once per week or so?
I'm pretty into cooking and baking and I wanna be able to cook a homemade cast iron pizza or bake a cake every now and then, ya know? Alternatively, I'd like to go to Shake Shack for lunch on a Friday, or have some carb heavy hawaiian bbq type food once per week.
Any suggestions would be great.
