Monster Tuna Menudo for gains

One of my friends let me try his post-workout meal, which was

- 1 ramen noodle packet
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup hot cheetos
- 1/4 ramen noodle sauce packet

... mixed together in a bowl. I was skeptical at first but it turned out to taste really good. He said it is his favorite go-to post workout meal because it’s delicious AND 1000+ calories. Are these types of DIY calorie-packed meals unheard of for strength and size?
