Hey everyone,
I am new to this website. My name is Ali and I am 20yrs old, 6'2.5 and 155lbs. My goal is to achieve a lean body since I am tired of having skinny arms and upper body. My friend suggested to me that I should bulk and shed. However, I believe that there should be a cleaner way of becoming lean. Also to be noted is that I have been taking mass gainer for the past three months (yea I was really skinny). Can someone guide me if I should continue bulking or if not, then please recommend me some nutritional diet plan to gain healthy muscle mass?
