How many calories should I eat?

Ok, so a little bit of background information. I’m a 30 year old female, I’m 5’0”, and weigh about 97 pounds. About a year ago I weighed 91 pounds but I’ve been lifting weights for about a year now. I’m trying to get some abs to show and I know I have to lose fat for that. I do have a bit of fat on my abdomen. How many calories should I be eating a day to lose fat safely? I don’t want to restrict my calories too much. I know there’s some math involved like BMR and all that but I don’t know anything about that. I do HIIT about twice a week on the treadmill and lift weights 3 days a week. Any suggestions?
