how many calories of VEGGIES should you eat a day?

is there a recommended of vegetables that a bodybuilder should aim to eat per day?

does anyone here have an amount of vegetables they aim for in a given day? whether that be the numerical amount of vegetables you eat or the amount of calories you get purely from vegetables?

or do you just focus on MACROS and protein?
