Hello, I just started working our seriously and taking my diet seriously after being skinny fat for the last 5 or so years. I had hired a trainer to help me with the working out part and he went over some things about my diet. He suggested going with a program that is 40g protein, 30 carb, 10 fat per meal 5x a day, 6 times on days I work out. He said a couple meals a day I can have protein shakes. The problem I'm having it trying to make meals that fit in that macro range. I'm sure it's pretty easily done but I think that because I'm so new to this it's kind of hard. Usually the carbs or fat end up being way higher. So is there any site or app out there that can help with this or does anyone have any suggestions on meals that fit in this macro range? Thanks.
