COVID-19: Shivinder Singh says he can help if released; HC denies interim bail

Shivinder had moved the Supreme Court on April 3 seeking interim bail citing Covid-19 infection risk as a ground. The Apex Court had directed the Delhi High Court to decide Shivinder’s interim bail plea.
