Can I gain muscle only if I don't want to bulk? (Trying to retain pack)

Hey, so i've been lurking around here and Reddit for some time now and I keep hearing that I need to bulk and eat more calories. The issue is that when I ear a calorie surplus (Clean foods) I get a big belly which when I notice sometimes sticks out more than my chest, this makes me so uncomfortable and depressed and I hate it despite doing so much work in the gym. I am trying to get abs so much and cannot see them yet despite being 12% body fat.

I'm 30 years old. I'm 5"11ft, 71KG with 12% body fat and 30kg of muscle according to my latest BMI test. (See pic) I'm not really sure how many calories I should be eating at my size and for my goals exactly but I am getting around 170g of protein per day

My goal is to gain muscle and a great big chest with big arms yet keep my six pack. I see so may others who have a huge chest, thin waste and six pack at my gym (I'd love to ask however I live in Korea at the moment and my Korean is awful. I checked online on videos such as AthleanX who explained that you don't need to spend 6 months of the year bulking and 6 months off and can have a sixpack all year around.

I'm wondering if it's possible?
