Hi,
Ok so after about 6 months I cut from 21% bf to around 10-11%, 88kg to 70kg. I lost a bit of muscle and I would say I am a bit skinnier than I would like to be but I do have decent muscle definition for the muscle I do have (see latest pic in bodyspace)
I was 1 week into a clean bulk (eating 300kcal surplus) and starting the 3 day push/pull Viking workout in the stickies and then the gym closed due to the coronavirus.
I now only have a few resistance bands and a pullup bar which I am using but it is just not the same. I am currently eating in excess (300kcal) but due to the limited resistance training I can do I am expecting to gain a bit of fat and lose some muscle, it sucks but I have accepted it as there is nothing I can do about it. I have considered eating maintenance just to minimise fat gain and may do this until the gym re-opens.
My question is, should I do a mini cut when the gym reopens to shave off the 1-2% bodyfat I am almost certain to gain in the coming months or do I go straight into a bulk?
