Are my macros good for bulking?

I’ve been using Myfitness pal. I weigh around 68.6kg. My height is 5ft 8’. My fitness pal says I need around 3200 calories per day to gain 0.5kg per week. Exercise is 6 days a week, 2 muscles each day(high volume)

Protein is 200g -220g
Carbs are 300g-330g (The app says I need 436gm of carbs)
Fat 70-80gm. (App says I need 110gm+)

Am I on the correct path? Also, if I want to gain, what difference will it make on my body if I have my carbs from whole wheat or from a white bread? Or if I have protein from baked chicken vs KFC? As long as the caloric intake stays at around 3200 and the macros stay at the desired level.
