Am I bulking the right way? (Including pictures, diet and workout)

I started gym around 8 months ago. I used to weigh 78kg. I had a cutting phase and started bulking when I reached 67 kg. I have been taking the diet as given in the pictures below for 3 weeks and have gained 2 kgs but I have not seen much muscle growth. Am I bulking correctly? Any advice?

I am 5ft 8' tall.
I workout 5 days a week
Monday: Chest/Tricep
Tuesday: Back/Bicep
Wednesday: Abs/shoulders
Thurday: Bicep and Triceps (I do them twice a week because they are not growing)
Friday: Legs

I do around 10reps x 4 sets of 5 exercises for each muslce. e.g. 5 exercises for chest and 5 for tricep monday.
