advice on my current diet/workout routine, trying to build muscle

Data about myself Male 18, 5'9", 140 lbs
Breakfast: cottage cheese with a banana
Snack:Different fruit
Lunch:It varies but its very protein heavy. Meat, chicken, or fish, kidney beans, black beans, lentils or garbanzo beans and a salad(one tomato and two leaves)
Snack:Different fruit
Dinner: same as lunch
Im eating about 120g of protein throughout the day, and my calorie intake is about 2000 calories a day. I know my carb intake isn’t that much, but im also trying to keep the body fat off. I also know carbs help a lot when trying to gain mass.

Want advice on what i should change as i want to gain mass but at the same time gain no body fat. i do an hour of cardio everyday consisting of soccer and running(before dinner). i work out my upper body every other day(before lunch) and on the in between days i work out my core(also before lunch). i usually have banana before every workout (considering switching to a peanut butter sandwich with banana slices). what should i change/am i doing anything wrong?
