How are my macros and foods I eat?

Hi all, I am currently on a vegan diet and working out 4-5 days a week to gain some strength and muscle. Today I ate 3754 calories, my macros are 964 grams carbs, 58 grams protein, and 13 grams fats. I want to find out what you guys think, this particular day my calories came from 4 foods- 3384 calories from dates, 126 from kale, 34 from spinach and 210 from brocolli (usually i eat 3000-3500 calories a day).

Are these good macros and can I build muscle and strength on these numbers? I have been gaining reps/strength but only got into training in the last 6-7 months.

any advice is appreciated
