Hi, I'm 91 Kg and 180 cm tall
It's been almost a Month I started going to the gym and since 2 days i track my calories with apps and try to eat healthy and nutritious since some people told me that i should start with losing some weight like 10 Kg before i can start building muscles which is my actual goal building a nice, strong defined body
But i read that for building muscles i have to do a bulk phase eating more calories than needed which lets me gain weight, in other words i lose weight to gain weight again.
That's why i wanted to ask you how you would do if you were in my shoes.
