I have been really having a tough time for the past several years with my energy and my ability to focus. I have lost several jobs because of this. It turns out that I am extremely sensitive to sodium, fat and simple carbohydrates. Now I have this system set up that is extremely specific and my water consumption is very high and it works. I feel focused, alert and am no longer riding the insulin waves in and out of extreme anxiety.
However, it's extraordinarily restrictive and I am constantly passing on enjoyable foods, getting up to pee all the time, and god forbid I feel like going out to get some pizza (it would literally put me out of commission for half a day). Does anyone have any advice for coping with this? It's literally crazy what I have to do to just to feel good, clearheaded and focused. Any digestive supplements that help people with dealing with restaurant food? I am taking Betaine HCL and Digestive Enzymes already. Anything that might help with needing excessive water to feel at ease? Thanks all, I appreciate you
