Lose stools. Diet issue or shud i see doctor?

I been having alot of loose stools the past months, but sometimes its solid. But more often its lose stools.

I dont feel any uncomfortable ness or pain.

I eat alot of oatmeal and cottage cheese.

I usually eat water with oatmeal 2-3 times a day and cottage cheese alot.

Also i do yoghurts alot.


Is the issue with loose stools due to the cottAge cheese and oatmeal?
