Hey guys, I was thinking of going to all you can eat buffet restaurants as like a hobby/habit and just fill up on steak and chicken to gain weight. Would this be a good idea? I'm skinny fat and I'm trying to gain both muscle and fat.
My other idea was to make home made nachos with a lot of beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Would this be a good idea?
I'm trying to gain weight without protein powder. I live in America if that matters.
Also, I don't really care for McDonald's, but would they be a good place to gain weight, or is their food just bad for you more than just the calories? Like I'm pretty sure most probably wouldn't recommend their fries since they don't go bad, but what about their burger and chicken Sandwiches?
