Hey guys,
I once read/heard somewhere that you should avoid eating a lot of fat a couple of hours before an workout because you intestine need a lot of blood to absorb the fat into your blood.
Can someone confirm this for me? (with a source if possible)
Any clue if carbs/protein do the same? If so how much effect does it have?
