Lactose free milk?

Okay so as far as I'm aware most of the "good stuff" in milk is fat soluble so its attached to the fat and most of the "bad stuff" is the lactose.

So when I seen this lactose free milk, I couldn't help but wonder its my new milk to use for drinks.

I got the 3.25% whole milk as I do normally, but just lactose free.

I'm curious however if this effects anything else or anything else has been removed along with it? Am I removing parts of what make the milk good with the removal of the lactose?
