I'm new to consistent & disciplined training & I'm pretty damn small lmao (5'6-5'7 <130lbs) & I was trying to see if any of you guys have followed a vegan diet while bulking or know of a good one? I absolutely do not want to consume meat, especially red, so please only vegan suggestions. I know there are different forms of alternatives, but I have absolutely no idea where to start. Any & all input/help is much appreciated
