I have been going to the gym for almost 2 months and my calorie intake was around 1000-1500
Strict cutting with only beneficial foods that are high in protein.
I didn't think of bulking since I'm at like 17-19% bodyfat .
Should I start bulking (my BMR is 2142) or should I just eat 2000calories a day ?
