Currently 160Lbs, 6.0ft. Started Journey in October 140lbs, hit 160lbs in Jan. However I have stalled a bit the last month.
My Trainer told me Macros for an Ecto he would prefer
Carbs- 55%
Fat 20%
Protein 25% (or 1.5g per lbs)
However I eat heavy taking in 6000 Calories daily. So I hit all the minimum grams for each Macro minimum requirement due to such large calorie intake, however it throws the percentages off. Is that OK for a Ecto? The goal at the moment is just getting to 175lbs.

Carbs 733g 46%
Fat 247g 36%
Protein 294g 18%
