Hello guys, I was on 2100 calories but I wasn't losing any weight at all I was just maintaining.
Today I started 1900 calories.
My macros are 89g of carbs, 59g of fat and 200g of protein.
Is that too much protein for such little calories?
I'm 13 stone 9.
