Legumes & Milk

If I look at what every professional in both bodybuilding & nutrition recommends in terms of protein/carbs/fat intake percentages, and then I look at most legumes - be it beans of this and that kind, lentils and whatnot, and skimmed milk, I see a perfect match.

There are obviously micronutrients that won't be found in either, fine.
But would it be otherwise really like that simple, in theory?
"Want to balance p/c/f optimally, just stuff yourself with legumes & milk"?
