30g butternut squash - 15
30g sliced peppers - 25
100g Advocado - 160
50g BlueBerries - 28
22g Milled Flaxseed - 117
Lemon Squash - 40
Blackcurrant Squash - 40
Ginger Root - 6

Total Calories .- 619 kcal

Per 3/4 Pint Serving - 103kcal

I don't eat veg much - so I alternate these smoothies and have one serving with each meal.

Plenty of variety I hope.
