Hi Guys,
I'm writing to get your tips if there is something like maximum 'calories absorption' for body?
To be more precise, as we know 1 lbs of body fat contains 3500 kcal, so that should mean if I eat 3500 kcal over my daily needs I'll get 1 lbs of fat in my body. Is it true?
Let's suppose that my daily calories demand is 2500kcal - there is a simply rule if I eat more than that value, I'll get put on weight. If I eat less, I will lose weight, but what about values?
Some scenarios:
1. One day I eat 2500 kcal + 3500 kcal = 6000kcal, how many pounds I will gain?
2. One day I eat 9500 kcal, how many ponuds I will gain in that case?
3. One day I eat 13000kcal (totally abstract value).
What are the differences between gaining body weight in that scenarios? Maybe is there something like calories absorption and my body can utilize f.e. 3x daily needs (7500kcal in that scenarios), so every calories over that values will not produces gaining a weight.
Regards
