Need guidance and abit of help

Hi so I’m REALLY new to this and currently reading a lot of different articles and videos and getting a wide variation of information

So I am
20 years old
5”10 = 178cm
About 78kg =12.2stone
21% of body fat (estimated) wanting to be 15-17%

BMR is =1850kcal
Daily intake at the moment of 1200-1300kcal
Protein=120-130g
Fat=22-25g
Carbs=100-150g

Working out 6x a week about 1hr-1.30hr a day hypertrophy training 0 cardio

I’m confused on what type of calories I should be consuming and fats and carbs to be able to cut down the body fat percentage to about 15-17% I’m seeing minor muscle mass building in a week also noticing a weight loss but can’t tell if I’m loosing body fat %.
Is this a very extreme weight cutting and could be potentially dangerous or I’m in the right boundaries for my target.
Also what on average calorie wise will I be burning through my exercise also on day to day basis.
Not looking to be a pain in backside just need a little bit of an indication wether I’m in heading in the right direction.

Thank you for reading my post and looking forward to all answers.
