Corn flakes vs Oatmeal

I've been on a very strict cut for the last 2 or 2 and a half months. I dropped from 94 kgs, around 35% bodyfat, down to 72 kgs, around 20% bodyfat, currently, and plan on continuing until I'll have visible abs, so until around 15%, which, I expect to pull off by the end of the year, or maybe halfway through january.

I plan on bodybuilding professionally so I had to make the change and am very happy about my results.

During this time, I've been eating milk with whey protein and corn flakes (since I love cereal with milk from childhood) and managed to achieve my goals just fine.

But would it be wiser to change my corn flakes to regular oatmeal and switch up my breakfast a little? I dont specifically need a change, but maybe oatmeal is somehow more benefical?

My corn flakes has no added sugar (only 2.4g in 100g, and those being naturally occuring) so it's mostly complex carbs, more than oats. Less fiber and protein, sure, but I'm interested primarily in the carbs of my cereal. Calorie wise they are similar, 381 vs 375 per 100g.

If I dont feel the need to change corn flakes and if I've been making really good progress on it, while also fitting in my macros, do I need to change it?
