Hey, I've never posted here before, so apologies if it's asked a lot, or in the wrong spot. Basically I keep reading diet is the most important part in the plan for Abs. I don't know how true it is, but I am certain diet IS important. So I was wondering, I cut a lot of calories recently, and have seen results weight loss wise, but is calorie intake the be all end all, or is it more ind epth then that? I've read stuff about how insulin control, antioxidants and vitamins all seem important?
