5 meals per day

Hello I would like advices on what to put in the 5 meals of the day (pre workout breakfast, post workout meal, 3rd meal, 4th meal, 5th meal)

Bodybuilding level: beginner
Purpose of the meals: gain muscle

My daily calorie intake is as follow: 3230 calories, 88g fat, 420g carbs, 180g proteins

My first meal breakfast pre-workout is as follow:

100g Oatmeal
100ml almond milk
25g Blueberries
25g Blackberries
25g Raspberry
10g Almond
15g whey
Total: 533 calories, 15g fat, 66.5g carbs, 29g proteins

For the second meal, I've thought about protein shake with blueberries blackberries raspberry whey , brown rice with sweet potato and salmon.

I have no idea about what to include in the 3 other meals
