Noob trying to gain and learn

Hi all,
Noob 50yo male here started lifting 1 year ago. Was 145lbs with aortic 23%BF. Over last few months leaned to 125lbs and around 12%BF. Now looking to bulk and have been reading a lot here. Very informative and I want to make sure I’m right. I lift approx 5x/week with 2 cardio sessions on other days. Does this sound right to gain? Is it too much protein?

Calories 2014
Protein 200gm
Carbs 175gm
Fat 55gm
