Hi everyone, new to the forum here and couldn’t seem to find my answer anywhere. I’ve worked out before but with little success and very little results mostly I feel because my diet was never good. Anyways, I recently got back into working out and have started bulking to put on weight. I’m currently at 195 looking to get to 215.
My diet currently consists of eating 3,500 calories a day.
Carbs-390g
Fat-115g
Protein-215g
I’m also drinking a whey isolate protein shake a day after working out, and drinking creatine(5g) 4x a day during my loading phase and then plan to cut that down to 2x a day after 5 days. I’m also drinking a little over a gallon of water a day.
My issue is I’ve been doing this routine for a week now and Im having trouble with headaches and fatigue. It’s not a migraine but just a lingering headache that sticks around all day long. My lower back has a mild ache to it and I’m just really tired all the time. I never feel like I can get enough rest.
So my question is will all of this pass? Is this just me putting my body into shock from this new diet? Am I eating too much? I’m at the point where I feel like this isn’t good for my body but I’d like to continue because I’ve seen people so similar routines and have great results. Thanks in advance!
