Unmotivated...

Hey guys,

My name is Rolando Fernandez and weigh 428 lbs. I have always struggled with weight and have tried for many years to lose it, but always get discouraged three weeks or so into each new routine I try. And things are definitely getting worse since we're in this pandemic.

I would consider myself to be outgoing and am not usually shy. I've taken my shirt off when swimming (it was very difficult for me at first to accept who I was, but glad I did it), I go out with friends and talk to women. But I know deep down inside if I want something long term, which I do, I need to lose this weight. I have a gym membership and I'll admit I get lazy and not attend regularly. Nutrition is a key factor, and lately I've gotten lazy with shopping. It just seems like I've lost so much motivation and need help getting some back to kickstart things again.

I would really appreciate help from you. Any exercises that are easy on the knees. Meal plans that are best for boosting metabolism and burning fat!

I've never been much of a cardio person because of my knees, but do know my way around the weights. My gym even has a pool and when I did go I was down to 411 - SO close to being out of the 400 club. Then the pandemic hit and lost all momentum.
