Panel recommends renaming India's drug regulator for better international visibility

A high-level committee has proposed three options — Central Medical Products Administration, India (CMPA), Central Medical Products Regulatory Agency, India (CMPRA), and National Medical Products Regulatory Agency, India (NMPRA) — to rename the agency.
