Hi all,
I have always trained and ate healthy just without actively tracking/taking serious, and now really want to start taking it more seriously.
I've tried calculating my macros with the following formula, bulking formula, but i'm just not sure my totals are right as carbs seem to be a little high (i know they'll be high in general but this seems a little too high)
I'm hoping someone can correct my calculations or even the formula itself maybe another formula even
This is all based off an active job and 6 day training plan
1st: BMR
10 x weight (kg) + 6.25 x height (cm) - 5 x age + 5
10 x 84 + 6.25 x 172 - 5 x 22 +5
=1810
2nd: TDEE Calc
BMR x 1.7
3077
3rd
Caloric intake = TDEE x 1.1
=3384.7
Proteins = Bodyweight x 1.2
=100g
Fats = (caloric intake x 0.20) / 9
=75.2
Carbs = [Caloric intake - ((protein in grams x 4) + (fats in grams x 9))] / 4
=915
Calories 3384
Protein 100g
Fats 75g
Carbs 915g
Now that I have calculated my macros to suit my goals and what I want, I don't really know where to start with the meals themselves
Now i'm not asking for a total meal plan as such (though it could help), but more just advice on where to start in creating one on the following macros
