The last few days I've been logging my info into my fitness pal and I'd be happy to share what I have been doing.
I am 194 lbs
33 years
I'm a massage therapist and Ive been hitting the gym 4 days a week doing hit cardio and body weight. I also has a baby February 2019.
I would like to get down to 140 by December.
