What should I do?

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie,

98 kg
%18 body fat

Now my diet is

150 g oatmeal
4 eggs
600 g chicken chest
200 g cottage cheese
100 g Greek yoghurt

I avoid eating carbs because I have stubborn belly fat but this fat doesn't disappear and I can't gain for my other body part. Because this diet is less than 1300 calories per day. But this protein seems enough for my body.

What else should I eat? Should I continue my diet or add carbs?
