Hi guys!
I'd like to put more muscle mass. Currently doing 1-1.5 h of exercise every day since one month and a half and eating only healthy since one year. but I don't see any improvement related to my mass.
Before Covid-19 I was exercising 2-3 times per week for 5 months long. But during my childhood, I never have done any exercise or sport. Lol..
I now have a body more defined but weight is overall the same...
I don't follow a specific diet, but I have my ''ideal meal'' means:
1/4 of a plate of carbs (wholemeal)
1/4 of a plate of proteins
1/2 of a plate of vegetables

29 years old, 1.70 m, 48 kg ( I know I'm underweight around 18 kg) and always underweight.
