Protein Shakes recipes

I normally eat around 3.5-3.7k calories a day depending on how busy my day is. Like most during this time I'm looking to add some weight on and would like to "super size" my protein shakes to cram in some extra calories. The reason for this is that I'm in the fortunate position of being able to WFH and my meals are spread out throughout the day, adding another 2-3 meals isn't really an option given the number of conference/video calls I'm on where I don't want to be seen or heard stuffing my face - it's far easier and less time consuming to simply add to my shake rather than prep extra meals (and deal with the clean up).

Looking for a 800-1000 calorie recipe (I figure this may also be a useful reference for those newbies looking to bulk and willing to throw money down the drain on commercial mass gainers) - I'm not actually a fan of peanut butter so although it would be much appreciated to see recipes that did not contain these by all means do for those who again might want to create a shake of their own.

N.B. If you're going to comment "just eat more" or something along those lines please don't, as explained it's far easier to fit a shake around my day than additional meals for the reasons described above. That said the eat more line defo applies to those newbie lifters starting out who don't eat enough to begin with :)

Thanks!
