Hi folks,
Currently dieting and eating a low calorie diet. I'm thinking about taking a multivitamin, fish oil, or something to make sure that I get a full dosage of vitamins each day. Currently I am taking nothing at all. Whats everyone's go to daily vitamin for men?
Not sure if this matters but I'm 32 and currently about 270lbs
