I find when clean bulking(like 300 cal surplus(my maintaince is 3200-3400)) the excess glycogen stores build up and my water retention keeps increasing till i have like 400g of excess glycogen on top of whaat i consume that day. is it a good idea to deplete it all every couple weeks and restart my surplus after a couple days of carb depletion?
