how many calories do you eat per day?

how many calories do you eat a day? i've come to the conclusion that because i'm a natty the days of me wafting down 3,500-4,000 calories are over. don't think it does me any good beyond just making my belly fatter.
do you have a target amount of caloric intake every day- and what is/are your goals? are you a man or a woman?

or do you ignore calories and just count your MACROs. (IIFYM)

or do you just go with the flow?
