do you have a pre-bed snack to stoke anabolism?

do you have a protein intake just before you go to bed? just something to keep the amino acids going in your body during your nights sleep...

do you have a protein shake or maybe some slow releasing casein protein? do u have a couple of eggs? some fish? cottage cheese? OR do u have a big juicy 1000 calorie meal?
OR are you someone who likes to cut themselves off a few hours before bed time? is it a NO- it doesn't really matter as long as you hit your calories/MACROs throughout the course of the day?

what is your pre- bed time game plan??
