This was his diet to build up muscle/strength to play James Bond. I remember when Casino Royale came out and nearly every girl I know was wet when Daniel Craig emerged out the water.
Breakfast: 2 Poached Eggs and 2 pieces of Toast
Snack: Protein Shake -or- fruits and Nuts
Lunch: Meat or Fish with small amount of Brown Rice
Snack: Protein Shake -or- Yoghurt with some Nuts
Dinner: Meat -or- Fish with some type of Leafy Green Vegetables
Is it just me or does his does this diet seem lacking? Doesn’t seem like enough food to consume to build strength/muscle he needed for his look.
His workouts seem lacking as well!
