just wondering if it's normal when I drop calories and eat less fat it seems my memories are poor. Is this normal? I ask this because I swear sometimes I can remember things so well , then when I drop calories for a few days my memories become poor but i ' m not sure if it's just me or not. I swear I have some weeks where my memory is terrible then other days I can remember things from years ago so clearly.
Would diet play a big role in long term memories and cognitive issues? it seems doing actual work/processes e..g typing and thinking I feel fine but memories seem to go when I drop cals.
